Given that many of our products (e.g., stone tools) are handcrafted, minor variations in color, size, and weight are normal and do not constitute a defect.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. We accept various payment methods, including those facilitated by our payment gateway partners (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, etc.).

D. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch products in a timely manner. Delivery timelines provided are estimates only. The risk of loss and title for items purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the courier. Please refer to our separate Shipping Policy for full details.

E. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

All returns and exchanges are governed by our Return and Exchange Policy. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in that policy. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that the courts in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter or dispute arising out of this agreement.
