This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipping, delivery, and handling of products purchased from nomz.in (the “Site,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Shipping Zones and Partners

  • Shipping Area: We offer pan-India shipping to most locations. However, delivery to certain remote pin codes may not be possible or may incur extended timelines.
  • Shipping Partners: We partner with leading third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and reputable courier companies to ensure the safest and fastest delivery of your orders.
  • Packaging: All products are meticulously packed in secure and appropriate packaging to prevent damage during transit, particularly our fragile stone tools.

2. Shipping Charges and Free Shipping

  • Shipping Fee: Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight, dimensions of the package, and the destination pin code. The final shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout page.
  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders that meet the minimum order value of ₹250 (Two Hundred and Fifty Indian Rupees). This threshold may be subject to change based on company promotions.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee: COD services may incur an additional non-refundable handling fee, which will be clearly indicated at checkout.

3. Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after order confirmation.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing your courier’s name and a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.

Please Note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, political disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We do not guarantee delivery within the estimated time frame.
  • Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

5. Delivery Issues and Responsibility

  • Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will usually make 2–3 attempts to deliver your order. If delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such a case, you may be liable for re-shipping charges.
  • Incorrect/Incomplete Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping address, including a working phone number. NOMZ is not responsible for non-delivery or delays resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
  • Damage in Transit: If you receive a product that is visibly damaged during transit, do not accept the package. If you notice damage after opening the package, please refer to our Returns and Exchange Policy and contact us immediately with photographic evidence.
