Troubleshooting the Tracker

• “Error: Information Not Found”? Please double-check that the Last 4 Digits of your Phone Number exactly match the number you entered at checkout. If you used a different phone number for billing/shipping, please try that one.
• Received “Shipped” but Status is Still “Packed”? Please allow up to 4 hours for our system to update after the courier scans the package.
