Cancellation and Refund Policy
This policy governs the terms under which orders may be cancelled and how refunds are processed by NOMZ (the “Site,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Cancellation Policy
A. Cancellation by the Customer
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
- If the order has NOT been dispatched: We will process a full refund to your original payment method.
- If the order HAS been dispatched (Shipped): The order cannot be cancelled. You must follow the procedure outlined in our Returns and Exchange Policy once the product is delivered. You may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Custom/Bulk Orders: Orders for customized products or large bulk orders may be subject to stricter cancellation terms which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

B. Cancellation by NOMZ
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:
- Product Unavailability: The item is out of stock, or we are unable to source it.
- Pricing Errors: Errors in the pricing or product information.
- Payment Failure: Issues with processing payment.
- Logistical Issues: Unavailability of reliable delivery service to your specified shipping address.
If your order is cancelled by NOMZ, we will notify you immediately and process a full refund to your original payment method.
2. Refund Policy
A. Refund Eligibility
A full refund will be initiated under the following circumstances:
- Successful Cancellation: The order was successfully cancelled before dispatch (as per Section 1.A).
- Order Cancellation by NOMZ: The order was cancelled by us (as per Section 1.B).
- Return Accepted: The product was returned and accepted in accordance with our Returns and Exchange Policy (e.g., received damaged, wrong item, or covered by a warranty).
B. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed promptly after the cancellation or return acceptance has been confirmed.

If the refund has not been reflected in your account after the estimated processing time, please contact us with your Order Number and a copy of your bank statement for verification.
